Important Information to Note
Cat Boarding Requirements
Current F3 Vaccination certificate from your vet. (Please bring this with you as we need to sight it on arrival).
Flea Treatment is essential one week prior to admission.
Please Note: All cats must be covered by a current F3 vaccination to be able to stay at our retreat (please note that if your pet is not currently covered, they must receive their vaccination at least 14 days prior to their check in date). This is a non-negotiable requirement and is in place for the health and safety of all of our fur guests.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Below Pricing is Per Day or as stipulated.
MEDICATION AND DIETARY NEEDS | $2 / PER DAY
Administration of any medication at all times of the year.
Special dietary needs applies during our busy periods. In quieter periods will be up to the discretion of the staff.
We require all prescription medications be clearly labelled with the pets details and instructions on dosage/administration must be clear on label for all medications.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS | $10 / PER DAY
Due to the high cost of staffing over Public Holidays, a surcharge per animal per Public Holiday applies.
Christmas Bookings
To secure your spot for bookings made between the 20th of December and the 10th of January a $200 non-refundable deposit applies and is payable 4 weeks after confirmation of booking.
ALL LONG WEEKENDS | 3 DAY MINIMUM STAY
A minimum 3 day stay applies to All long weekends.
PICKUP/ DROP OFF SERVICE | 7 DAYS A WEEK
We offer a pick up and drop off every day of the week.
Transport per hour weekday: $35
Transport per hour Saturday: $45
Transport per hour Sunday: $55
